I gladly accept returns and cancellations

  • Contact me within: 5 days of delivery

  • Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

I don't accept exchanges

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Return shipping is the buyer responsibility.

I will provide a refund** if items are returned within the first 7 days of purchase, assuming the item is returned unworn, in brand-new condition, and can be resold. Your refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the item.
Always contact the shop FIRST so we can make arrangements. I will try very hard to satisfy my customers. 

Custom orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. If you request that I change anything from the original piece as it's listed (such as tassel color, adding a charm, etc.) this now makes the piece CUSTOM and NOT REFUNDABLE or RETURNABLE.

**International orders are FINAL SALE and NOT RETURNABLE. Shipping costs, customs, and lengthy shipping times prevent the possibility of return. Thank you for your understanding. 

You may contact the shop if your necklace needs to be repaired due to breakage. Repairs will be done free of charge (minus shipping fees which are buyer responsibility) within 90 days of purchase. International customers may incur fees for shipping and customs to return the item once it's repaired. Contact the shop for a quote. 

After 90 days, repairs/restringing of malas and bracelets can be done for a fee. Please contact the shop for more details if you have a mala or bracelet that needs repair. 


  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. If an item is returned undamaged or is returned without a confirmation it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. I do not charge restocking fees on exchanges. To obtain a return authorization, please contact me at

  • BRACELET SIZING POLICY : Accurate wrist measurement is incredibly important with bracelets for the best and most comfortable fit. Read more here


  • PHOTOS: Detailed measurements are provided for each item. I do my best to ensure that colors are represented accurately, but please note that different computer screens show colors differently, and there may be some variation from what you see on your screen.

  • Please keep in mind that gemstones have natural inclusions or what some might call "imperfections." It's rare to find perfect gemstones--at least in the price point I can offer in my shop. It's also rare to find two stones that are exactly the same size and/or color.
